I’m currently working on figuring out the average open rates, click rates, and CTR for our engaged contacts by brand and region. To start, I made a list that takes contacts that are not in the unengaged contact list (right now we are using Hubspot’s defaut criteria for unengaged) and were sent the latest marketing email for one of our brands/regions. The idea would repeat these lists for every brand and region to create a report for each one.
I was able to create a report that shows a percentage for marketing open rate, click rate, and ctr based on this specific list – are these metrics the average open rates? If not, is there a way to find the average metrics for the people on the list? I have not been able to see a definitive answer either way (yes or no).
