One of our most successful lead gen processes is ‘book a demo/pilot,’ which depends on MEETING SCHEDULER links. I have built out about 7 different ones, used for different geographies, conferences, website, seasonal campaigns.
They are all set up with our Sales Coordinator as owner. She has just given notice – if I deactivate her, I will have days of work to recreate everything, since you cannot assign over meeting scheduler links.
If I have to rebuild our demo booking links on someone else’s profile, it will be different URLs so I’ll have to update countless collateral pieces, email sequences, workflows for notifications/tasks/processing, with the new URLs.
The only solution I see is to get into her User account, and update the email/name to someone else.
Has anyone done this and were there problems?
NOTE: It really would be great for HubSpot to allow Meeting Scheduler links to be a) REASSIGNED to other users and b) CLONED (it is very manual to go through all the settings, wording, personalization and recreate).
