So I’ve created a sequence, and I’ve noticed that follow-up emails besides the first one I create, comes without a subject line and it is sent independently of the first email. I’ve set it to ‘Reply’ which assures me that each email with this toggle will be self contained in one thread.
However, when I check my ‘sent’ inbox on email, it’s a seperate email with no subject line.
What do I need to toggle to ensure all emails are sent within the same thread? Every post seems to think that the ‘reply’ button is the thing that means it does, but obviously something is wrong here.
Additionally, what I have also noticed is that despite clicking ‘reply’ in the email step which assures me that it’d be the same subject line of the first step, when I create the email with templates, it has the option for me to write a subject line – suggesting it is the templates that is messing this up:
