Unable to Add More Translations to My Marketplace App Listing

Hey HubSpot Community 

I’m currently managing a Marketplace listing for our integration on the HubSpot App Marketplace. Everything’s been smooth so far – we’ve successfully added translations for multiple languages to support a global audience. However, I’ve now hit a strange wall:

Whenever I try to add new languages beyond the current ones, I receive an error and can’t proceed with the translation. There’s no clear explanation for the limit or what’s causing the issue. I’ve double-checked everything from content structure to character count, but it doesn’t seem to be related to any of that.

Here’s the situation:

We already have a few languages published (e.g., English, Spanish, French, German, etc.)

  • We now want to localize further (e.g., Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic…)

  • The error occurs during the translation submission process – no specific message beyond a general error.

  • Nothing changes whether I try to edit existing translations or just add a new one.

My questions:

  1. Is there a hard limit on the number of languages you can support in the App Marketplace?

  2. Has anyone else faced this issue, and did you find a workaround or solution?

  3. Is there a HubSpot team member here who could check if this is a bug or something tied to the listing type or approval status?

Happy to provide screenshots or backend details privately if needed. Just trying to get this resolved quickly as our go-to-market efforts rely heavily on multi-language support 🌍
