We have somes products that we don’t want to be discounted, it’s human error if it happens but we’d like to be able to make it so there is no chance a discount can be appled to them. We can’t see how we can set this up?
As a work around we have made a workflow to flag up when a discount is appled to a line item however the workflow can only recoganise when disocunt is appled to quotes and not line items so it’s flaging up quotes that have a discount on but the line item is ok to be discounted. Is there a way the workflow can only check per line item?
