Hi Hubspot team!
While using Gmail Sales Extension, besides current information of the ticket name associated to curent email, it would be useful to have current ticket status visible like on the (picture below).
Now I need to enter in Hubspot to see this info, and if closed in Hubspot by other team members, I have to return to gmail and mark it closed in gmail as well.
This is time consuming process repeated on a daily basis.
