Access to Email and Call Functionalities

Currently, I do not have access to send emails or make calls to our contacts. While I am able to take notes, I would like to request the necessary permissions or tools that would enable me to send emails and initiate calls as required for my role.

I understand that there may be steps involved both from my end and possibly the superadmin’s side. I am ready to follow any required procedures, and would appreciate your guidance or support in completing the necessary setup.
