We are currently onboarding our Hubspot Instance and have successfully imported our meeting data from our old CRM.
we are attempting to import our call data from our old CRM, and the data onboarder had said that while he can import the call data, he cannot import the date and time of the call because it’s a read only field.
When we imported our Meetings data, it brought over the start date and time of the meeting with no issue – it doesn’t make sense to me that we cannot import the same info for calls.
when he tried to import it just set all of the call times to the date and time of the import.
im having trouble reconciling that we can import the details of a call and sync it to a contact and company but we cannot import what time and day the call was held. This is pretty critical info for a phone call log.
any thoughts or insights on this? He said he could create a custom field to import the info but all of my call data and report is a mess now – showing 8000 calls on Aug 30th.
