Outlook Sales Extension – Unless Pinned it doesn’t work!!!

Hi,

Anyone else finding it extremely frustrating that the HubSpot Outlook Extension doesn’t log emails unless you have it pinned???

And to top it off, you can’t pin by default on outlook!!!

Any tips on how to make my life easier? Or is this something that is being looked at by dev?
