In Configure > Categories, the UI allows us to order articles within a subcategory, but this order is not reflected on the category page. Either make this ordering control drive the visible article order, or clarify in the UI what it affects. Right now it’s misleading and makes KB organization harder.
This is compounded when the Date field is represented as a catch all, and not presented as an ‘updated on.’
Would love to hear how others are addressing in terms of content management.
