How to exclude password reset form on wordpress website from creating new contacts?

Hi, I see that in HubSpot external form data colleciton and contact creation is a global setting. This is already a bit annoying but that said didnt seem like a big issue until recently I noticed that when people use the password reset on the website it creates an account for them even if they type the wrong email in. Does anyone know how to stop HubSpot plugin or JavaScript from preventing a specific page from loading those scripts or perhaps tell it to not collect data from that form? This may be impossible but I figured asking if anyone found a workaround to this? Thanks!
