we’re trying to find a good way to identify company records with domains that no longer work (e.g. domain doesn’t resolve, expired, typo, parked page).
The company domain is used heavily in our setup (deduplication, enrichment, outbound), so faulty domains cause issues over time.
Question:
Are there any best practices in HubSpot to detect or flag broken domains at scale?
Have you solved this via:
native HubSpot features,
workflows with custom code,
or external tools / periodic checks synced back to HubSpot?
Looking for a maintainable, scalable approach rather than a one-off fix.
