We have a multi-workflow lead processing setup. Under normal conditions, a lead moves through the verification stage within a few minutes (maximum 10 minutes).
Currently, this process is taking 30 minutes or even over an hour.
Could you please confirm whether there are any ongoing delays, throttling, or incidents affecting workflow execution?
