I’m trying to understand whether HubSpot supports suppressing or isolating tracking activity (page views, timeline events, etc.) for internal company contacts, ideally via workflows.

I have an internal company where I have already:
- Set them to non-marketing contacts.
- Their IP exclusion doesn’t work because everyone is all around the world.
- Lead scoring, lifecycle stages, funnels, etc., are not a concern
- The goal is to prevent internal employees from polluting the tracking data or removing their activities from HubSpot.
What I’m trying to achieve:
- Either stop page views/timeline activity from being recorded after a contact meets certain criteria (e.g. internal domain),
- OR isolate those activities so they’re effectively hidden and never surface in reports, views, or normal workflows, without creating new custom properties.
I understand some tracking happens at the cookie level, but I wanted to check with the community if someone has done this:
Is there any workflow-based or native HubSpot way to suppress or fully isolate tracking/timeline activity for specific contacts or domains?
Would really appreciate any solution around this. Thanks!
