Issue with logging into the Breeze mobile app

Hi,

we are experiencing issues logging into Breeze Assistant on mobile phones. We have two-step verification security in place, and the mobile CRM application works well, but unfortunately, when we try to log into Breeze, an error pops up in the Breeze application saying ‘something went wrong, please try again later’. The application itself does not wait for identity confirmation sent by the CRM application.

Has anyone had a similar issue and found a solution?
