I wanted to confirm whether this feature is now deprecated or still supported.
Previously, in HubSpot workflows, we were able to configure delays and scheduled actions based on the contact’s time zone (determined automatically via their IP address). This was available within:
“Delay until specific time”
“Delay until a date property”
“Send at specific time” options inside the Send email action
The setup process was:
Navigate to the desired workflow.
Add a delay action using the + icon.
Choose:
Delay until a date property or Delay until specific time (for SMS or other actions), or
Use scheduling options inside the Send email action.
Can someone confirm if this contact time zone–based scheduling (auto-detected via IP) is still available, or has it been deprecated/changed recently?
