I want to serve up an article to our customers when they try to perform a critical and complex process in our software. The reason I want it to be an article is I want to see how the article performs…..is it clicked on?, do they stay on the article long enough?, etc.
Our KB is not yet built out, so I want this article to be an end point where they cannot attempt to navigate or search the KB, since they really won’t find much of anything else. I can’t make the HubSpot KB search bar go away……..how do I hide it? Or is using the KB even the best direction here?
