Hi all,
For some reason, all of our blog tag links are pointing to incorrect URLs. Instead of linking to URLs with /tag/, they’re pointing to /topic/—which doesn’t work as expected.
Example:
Current (broken): https://winwithcx.com/winning-experiences-blog/topic/contact-center
Expected (working): https://winwithcx.com/winning-experiences-blog/tag/contact-center
According to HubSpot documentation, tag pages should automatically route to /tag/[tag-name], but that’s not happening.
What I’ve Tried:
Reviewed HubSpot documentation
Used the support bot
Searched online forums
Double-checked blog and tag settings
Reviewed theme configuration
We’re using the Spark theme by Lynton: Theme Link
Still no luck identifying the issue. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
